    Keep Haralson Rural (also operating as the Keep Haralson Rural Coalition, and hereafter referred to as “the Coalition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private, independent, citizen-led advocacy organization. The Coalition is not associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to the Haralson County Government, the Haralson County Board of Commissioners, any local city municipality, or any state or federal government agency.
  2. GEORGIA OPEN RECORDS ACT (GORA) DOCUMENT POLICY
    All public records, maps, minutes, and documents hosted on this website were obtained legally through official requests submitted under the Georgia Open Records Act.

These documents are provided strictly “as-is” for public transparency.     The Keep Haralson Rural Coalition is a peaceful, community-focused civic organization. We operate strictly within the bounds of local, state, and federal laws. We explicitly disavow, condemn, and prohibit any form of violence, property destruction, harassment, intimidation, or illegal activity. Our mission is strictly limited to lawful community organizing, public speech, attendance at open public hearings, and constitutional petitioning of our local government.

    These Terms of Use, legal disclaimers, and liability limits extend fully to all online communities, forums, and social media platforms operated by the coalition, including but not limited to the Keep Haralson Rural and Keep Haralson Rural Coalition Facebook page/groups. The initiative is not responsible for user-generated content, comments, or links posted by third-party members within these groups. We reserve the absolute right to moderate, delete, or restrict any content or user that violates our core community standards.
